| With the rapid economic development of domestic cities,the introduction of large populations,and rising housing prices,the new type of residential rents have sprung up in major residential areas and spread rapidly in a short period of time which brought a huge challenge to community management.As a new social problem emerging in the urban development process,whether it is academic or government management,the research on group rent phenomenon and its problems is still in the initial stage,and the mode selection for rectifying group rent phenomenon is still in the exploration stage.Therefore,starting from the perspective of community governance,special research on the rectification measures of group renting and suggesting countermeasures are of great practical significance for the construction of a safe community,and also an important guarantee for building a harmonious socialist society.Under this premise,this paper outlines the related theories of community governance and group rent phenomenon,and lays out the theoretical basis of thesis creation.Then it introduces the main practices and dilemmas of Suzhou Huxi community in the rectification of group rent phenomenon,discusses the difficulties and shortcomings of the current community level participation in group rent phenomenon governance,and at the same time,based on excellent experience,finds some principles and methods that can be used for reference in general community learning.Finally,on the basis of diagnosing the problem and finding out the underlying causes,we explored the group rent phenomenon govermance in the perspective of community governance,in addition to the long-term management mechanism led by the government.The purpose of this paper is to explore a long-term management mechanism for the rectification of group rents in community governance from the perspective of the community,and further promote the deep-seated problems behind the phenomenon of group rents. |
