Research On Community Governance Of Minority Floating Population In Tianjin

Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,the population movement of various regions and ethnic groups in China has become increasingly frequent,especially a large number of ethnic minority populations have moved to cities in the east and inland,making the city present a multicultural coexistence and mixed ethnicity.pattern.The influx of ethnic minorities into the city has brought unprecedented challenges to the overall planning of urban managers and community managers and the development of the urban system.Only when urban ethnic work is done well can the future of ethnic work be won.This article takes the community where ethnic minority floating population in Tianjin as a field point,using the literature analysis method and field survey method,to collect the literature of relevant ethnic departments in Tianjin to carry out ethnic work,to understand the general situation of ethnic minority floating population in Tianjin.Resident committee members and relevant government personnel conducted in-depth interviews and found that there are still some deficiencies in the community governance of ethnic minority floating populations.For example,various departments are not in sync with the situation of ethnic minority floating populations in the community.Misunderstandings,lagging working ideas and methods of community governance,inadequate management of ethnic minority floating population,and part of ethnic minority floating population in the "isolated" state in the community.Doing a good job in service management of ethnic minority floating population,relying on the community to help them adapt to the new environment as soon as possible and integrate into the community life as soon as possible,has a positive effect on Tianjin's economic and social development and ethnic work.Therefore,Tianjin should adopt diversified paths such as the innovation of community ethnic relationship mechanism,the cultivation of the subjective consciousness of the minority ethnic floating population in the community,the construction of three-dimensional and multi-dimensional community coordination methods,improve the community governance of the minority ethnic floating population,and establish an embedded social structure and the community environment,thereby consolidating the harmony of urban ethnic relations and casting a strong sense of the Chinese national community.
