Research On Social Work Practice Of The Prevention And Control Of Seafarers' Pension Risk

At present,Chinese society and economy are developing at a rapid pace,and the living standards of residents are constantly improving.The social security,medical and health service system has been continuously improved,and the average life-time dilation of residents is universal.This means that the scale of the elderly population of China is constantly expanding,and the traditional family pension model will not be able to meet the growing pension needs of the elderly.The development of the pension industry is not enough,and the demographic dividend is also lost year by year,which increases the risk of old-age care for the elderly.The superposition of various problems has caused more and more people to pay attention to their own pension problems.This study evaluates and controls the issue of pension risk for seafarers from the perspective of industrial social work.By identifying the risk factors of seafarers' old-age pension,the seafarer's pension risk assessment index system is constructed.The seafarers are evaluated according to the index system design questionnaire and the interview outline.Four key old-age risks are determined according to the results,namely,planned missing type,guaranteed invalid type,and family de-embedded.Four types of risk types,as well as funding gaps,selected four seafarers who best reflected these four types of risk for social work case intervention,using case management,multi-level empowerment,support network construction and link resources.The working methods involve the seafarers.According to the perspective of empowerment of social work,seafarers are encouraged to face up to the problems in reality.The process of understanding and controlling the problem of old-age risks is also a process in which seafarers correctly understand themselves and enhance self-awareness and self-efficacy.With the companionship and help of social workers,the seafarers themselves are subjectively active,actively carry out pension planning,and control the risk of old-age care to achieve active aging and healthy aging.This is not only an exploration of the field of social work services,but also a reference for the practical research of maritime social work.Through the assessment and control of the seafarers'pension risk,the reduction of seafarers' pension risk will help to reduce the large loss of talents in the seafarers' occupational groups,improve the seafarers' ability to plan for the elderly,and thus enhance self-efficacy and self-realization,and complete self-empowerment.This study also provides a reference for shipping companies or shipping companies to better address the pension and social security issues of employees,and provides a reference for research on the issue of social work involving seafarers' pension risks.
