As the main body of state power exercise and execution,civil servants are given more responsibility in the process of building a service-oriented society.At the same time,they also put forward higher requirements for their public service motives.As the most important public service subject in the state rights organization,civil servants play an important role in the development of the country.The motivation of civil servants and the internal factors of civil servants and external factors are inextricably linked.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct further analysis and research on the motivation and work efficiency of civil servants.The speed of development of a country is closely related to the level of public services in this country and the administrative efficiency of civil servants.The inefficient work of civil servants will lead to government adjustment errors and misplaced government functions.The low efficiency of civil servants is a common problem faced by all countries in the world.There are many reasons for this.Therefore,this paper systematically analyzes the problems existing in the efficiency of civil servants in the Republic of Kazakhstan.On this basis,how to improve Kazakhstan The efficiency of civil servants and how to motivate civil servants to work are discussed.Only by comprehensively understanding and analyzing the motivation of civil servants can Kazakhstan's public service undertakings be better carried out.Therefore,while we are understanding the work of civil servants in Kazakhstan,we conduct systematic investigations and conclusive analysis of data to reveal the current situation of Korean high school students'learning motivation and propose some targeted strategies to promote public services in Kazakhstan.development of.This paper takes the motivation of the civil servants in Kazakhstan as the research topic,which includes three chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part of the thesis,which mainly expounds the purpose and significance of the research,the research status of the work motivation of the civil servants in Kazakhstan and the related research work of this paper.The second chapter analyzes the current situation of the work motivation of the civil servants in Kazakhstan.The third chapter is Kazakhstan.Civil service incentive strategy.Through the analysis and research on the motivation of the civil servants in Kazakhstan,we find out the dynamic status quo and put forward some targeted measures to promote the vigorous development of Kazakhstan's public service.The results of this study show that at present,there are serious problems in the public service in Kazakhstan,and we should appropriately stimulate the interest of civil servants and propose incentive strategies in a timely manner to promote the public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
