The Research Of The Rural Empty-nesters Security Problem In Tai’an City

Empty nest family is the inevitable product of social development to a certain stage.With the acceleration of China’s aging population and urbanization, the rural "empty nesters" pension problems has become the focus of social concern and discussion. This paper adopted the method of combining literature data with questionnaire survey. First, This article had a further investigation about the status of rural empty-nest elderly’s security of the Tai’an City,having found some problems: pension service system is not perfect, service personnel quality is low; the old-age security system is difficult to meet the pension needs of rural Empty Nester, lacking convergence between various systems; the pension function of family has been weakened, the community endowment way is just emerging, which is the most suitable way for empty. Then, this paper used the multi-factor logistic regression analysis and found that rural empty nest old man’s cultural degree, health status, presence of cultivated land,monthly income, living conditions, and community relationships and endowment way has a significant effect on quality of retirement in Tai’an City. Then, having made an evaluation of the level of pension security of Tai’an City in Shandong province, throughing the method of actor analysis and comprehensive evaluation, this paper made an evaluation about old-age security level, having found that Tai’an ’s old-age security in Shandong province at a moderate level and the advantages and disadvantages of old-age security: old-age security spending and social welfare level needs to be improved, the construction of Rural happiness courtyard in Shandong province at the leading level, the endowment insurance rate is higher, the potential old-age security development is huge. Last but not least, it is the suggestion of perfecting the endowment insurance, this paper set the basic principles and general thought, having put forward concrete suggestions: Developing rural economy and increasing farmers’ income;Perfecting rural empty-nest elderly security service system; Perfecting the old-age security system and law, attaching great importance to the welfare charity; Developing the community endowment, perfecting the diversified ways of pension.
