Reaserch On The Construction Of Characteristic Town In Zhejiang Province Under Governance Perspective

As the "experimental field" of new urbanization construction and the important carrier of rural revitalization,characteristic towns are expected by all sectors of our society.The construction of zhejiang characteristic town has been planned since 2014 and promoted in 2015.After more than three years,it has achieved initial results.However,in the process of promoting zhejiang characteristic town,there are problems such as inaccurate positioning,lack of fusion and insufficient governance.and further highlights the deficiencies of the government in the supply of basic public services,system and mechanism innovation,the top-level planning and design,guiding the participation of main market players,promoting the multiple forms of collaborative governance and etc.In order to better promote zhejiang characteristic town with high quality,health,specification development,solve the shortage problem such as inadequate governance existing in the construction of characteristic town,this paper is based on the case of Lvgu zhi hui town,and comprehensive the "meta-governance" theory,innovation-driven development theory and supply-side reform concept,analyzed and discussed the existing problems and their causes in the construction of characteristic towns in zhejiang province,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the actual construction of characteristic towns.The conclusion of this paper is that the construction effect of characteristic towns is closely related to the government governance.The lack of modern governance concept,the failure to straighten out the relationship between the government and the market,the lack of innovation impetus of the government itself,and the failure to form a diversified governance pattern are the important reasons for the current construction problems of characteristic towns in zhejiang.In the future,it is necessary to find out the role positioning of the government's "meta-governance",improve the government's governance ability,improve the application ability of modern governance tools,straighten out the relationship between the government and the market,and promote the diversified governance pattern,so as to improve the construction effect of characteristic towns through systematic government reform.
