Study On Yichun Democratic Parties Participating In Public Policy Making Of Local Government

Public policy affects every citizen in our country,and public policy issues are closely related to citizens' own interests.Whether the public voice is conveyed to decision makers before the formulation and promulgation of public policies affects the quality and implementation effect of public policies.The democratic parties are political parties with the nature of political alliance and have a deep mass base.Their basic functions are to participate in political discussion,democratic supervision and political consultation under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.The democratic parties are guaranteed by our new political party system,participating in the state power,participating in important policies,the management of state affairs,the formulation and implementation of laws and regulations,etc.Therefore,it can be said that the process of democratic parties performing their duties and fulfilling their duties is closely related to the formulation of public policies in China.Participation of democratic parties in public policy-making is the requirement of exerting their own advantages.It can make decision-makers hear voices from different aspects and help to improve the democratization and scientificalization of decision-making of the ruling party.First of all,the thesis summarizes the research background and significance of the topic,the ways of China's democratic parties participate in public policy-making and the positive influences they have made.As follows,it introduces the examples of yichun democratic parties participated in public policy-making from 2015 to 2018,probes into the plight of yichun democratic parties participating in the local government's public policy making,analyzes the causes in depth,and puts forward the feasible path to promote democratic parties to participate in the local government's public policy formulation.This paper is based on the theory of public policy,multi-party cooperation and political consultation,and the theory of the United Front in China,following the research idea of "raising,analyzing and solving problems".Finally,three ways are put forward to improve the external working system,enhance the social influence of the democratic parties and unite the efforts of the Democratic parties,hoping that it can provide help for the municipal democratic parties to improve their participation in public policy formulation.
