Demand And Influencing Factors Of Home Pension Service In Smart Community

Under the constant aging situation,the development of information technology,such as "Internet plus" and big data,provides an opportunity for the transformation of the pension service.The traditional community home care is facing many difficulties,such as low efficiency,imbalance between supply and demand,fragmentation of resources,and so on.The development of information technology provides impetus for alleviating these difficulties.Combining the old age service with the Internet plus information technology is an effective way to improve the status quo and promote the development of the elderly services in China.The deep combination of information technology and pension services,and the transformation and upgrading of pension model with the help of data platform are conducive to the integration of the whole society's pension resources,the supply efficiency and service of pension services are improved,and the accurate supply of pension services is possibleDue to the close relationship between community pension and home-based pension,this paper will take the concept of smart community home-based pension to elaborate and analyze.On the basis of combing and learning the existing research results of scholars,this paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey to select the elderly over 50 years old in Shaoxing as the main research object,and finally takes back 441 valid questionnaires.In this paper,18 factors are selected as independent variables from the personal,family,social and cognitive aspects of the elderly.It is found that there is no significance in regression analysis because of the descriptive analysis of whether they are entitled to national insurance.Finally,17 factors are used for regression analysis.At the same time,the demand of Shaoxing elderly for home-based elderly care services in smart communities is selected as the dependent variable,using SPSS software Binary logistic regression analysis was carried out.The empirical analysis shows that 61% of the respondents are more willing to choose home-based elderly care services in smart communities.Among the 17 influencing factors,education level,work before retirement and spouse status fail to pass the significance test.Gender,age,household registration,monthly income before retirement,health status,number of children,living style,filial piety of children,economic status of children,and smart elderly care The degree of understanding,satisfaction with the status quo of the elderly care,service costs(fees willing to pay for the home-based elderly care in smart communities),the operability of intelligent equipment(smart products that will be used),and whether they have enjoyed the home-based elderly care service in smart communities have a significant impact on the demand for home-based elderly care service in smart communities.Based on the results of empirical analysis and the analysis of the supply and demand situation and problems of home-based pension service in Shaoxing smart community,starting from the factors affecting the elderly's home-based pension service in smart community,this paper judges and selects the future development direction and path of home-based pension in smart community,and puts forward four suggestions based on this,in order to promote the good development of home-based pension in smart community and further promote the maintenance The benign development of the old service market and the accuracy of the supply of pension services.
