| At present,the rapid development of new information technology represented by big data,artificial intelligence and machine learning is changing all aspects of social life.With the development of public security informatization,the role of big data is becoming more and more prominent,and it has become a new growth point of public security agencies' fighting capacity.The development of police big data is facing a historic opportunity and has received unprecedented attention and support.However,compared with the Internet enterprises,Chinese government's cognition of the big data is relatively lagging behind,with few research and application achievements.This paper summaries the status quo of big data at home and abroad,and its impact on politics,economy and culture,etc.It also explores the construction of police big data of Binzhou city by literature analysis and case study,thus its short board is discussed and suggestions are proposed.Specifically,this paper starts with the significance and definition of police big data,then explores the status quo of the police big data of Binzhou city,discussing a series of problems such as overcrowded information systems,the difficulty of business process integration and reconstruction,data island and the lack of compound talents.It is suggested that we should update the concept of the whole police,correctly understand the law and characteristics of big data,attach importance to the top-level design,build a holographic perception system covering the whole police,improve the safety and operation and maintenance mechanism,and strengthen personnel training to promote the development of the application of police big data.Based on the research of big data,this paper takes the construction of police big data in Binzhou city as the research subject and explores a variety of possibilities and ways to support and improve the combat force of Binzhou police big data,in hope of helping the development of the big data of Binzhou public security system. |
