Research On The Influencing Factors And Improvement Countermeasures Of Urban Community Residents' Life Satisfaction

As the main battleground of social governance,community is the main field of building a social governance pattern of co-construction,co-governance and sharing.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee pointed out that in order to Pay more attention to grassroots governance,it is necessary to improve the system of social governance under the leadership of Party committees,government responsibility,democratic consultation,social coordination,public participation,legal guarantee,and scientific and technological support,so as to improve the socialization,law-based,intelligent and professional level of community governance.As the main character of community autonomy,residents' subjective feeling and evaluation of community life directly reflect and affect the effectiveness of community governance,which is one of the important indicators to measure the construction of people's livelihood at the grass-roots level in China.However,China's rapid urbanization process,individualism formed by industrialization and relatively closed urban construction environment limit the interaction and communication among community residents,resulting in residents' lack of concept of community,lack of trust and weak concept of neighborhood,and many other problems.The escalating contradictions among residents lead to the low degree of life satisfaction of urban community residents in China,which seriously restricts the development of urban community.In this context,the quality of life of urban community residents in China and the degree of satisfaction of community needs have been highly concerned by researchers,and how to improve the life satisfaction of urban community residents in China has become an important research topic in the field of community governance.Community social capital exists within the community and is formed in the process of community residents' living.It has intangible resource power,which can improve the enthusiasm of community residents to participate in community construction,promote residents to form a high sense of identity and belonging to the community,and has a positive impact on improving residents' life satisfaction.Therefore,giving full play to the role of community social capital has become an important choice to solve the current dilemma of urban community residents' life satisfaction.Throughout the existing achievements,there have been a large number of researches on community social capital or community residents' life satisfaction,but there are relatively few researches on the influence of community social capital on residents' life satisfaction by introducing community social capital into residents' life satisfaction.At the same time,community social capital has the characteristics of complexity and hierarchy,so it should be measured and studied at different levels.However,the existing research mainly discusses community social capital at the individual level,but few studies focus on the impact of community social capital at the community level on residents' life satisfactionBy randomly selecting urban community residents living in different urban areas and different types of communities in Nanning City,Guangxi Zhhuang Autonomous Region,as the investigation objects,this study uses AHP analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index of satisfaction to measure the life satisfaction of urban community residents.And multi-level regression model is used to discuss the inner influence mechanism of different levels of community social capital on residents'life satisfaction.The results show that:(1)Community social capital at different levels has different effects on residents' life satisfaction.Community social capital at the individual level has a stronger effect on residents' life satisfaction than community social capital at the community level.(2)At the individual level,both cognitive social capital and structural social capital have a positive effect on residents'life satisfaction.and the effect of structural social capital on residents'life satisfaction is greater than that of cognitive social capital.(3)At the community level,Proactive community participation has a significant positive impact on resi,dents'life satisfaction,but passive community participation has no significant impact on residents' life satisfaction.Therefore,in order to comprehensively improve the life satisfaction and the performance of community governance,the paper mainly puts forward improvement countermeasures from the following four aspects:First,Take government as the lead,to integrate and promote the community resource allocation;Second,to comprehensively improve the level of community services based on the needs of residents;Third,to optimize the community relationship network and build a common vision of the community.Fourth,to change the form of community participation and promote the active participation of residents.
