Research On The Third Department Participating In Community Pension Service And The Practice Of Beijing

With a total population of 200 million in the elderly,China has become the country with the most elderly population in the world.Faced with unprecedented challenges such as the large population base and the continuous increase of the elderly population,how to meet the needs of the elderly in life care,health care,culture and entertainment,learning and progress,self-realization,etc.will be a long time in the future.The actual problem solved.Under such a background,community pension has become a kind of pension model that is generally advocated by the state,government and society.In this field,the decentralization of government reform and the delay of market development have given the third department a wide space for development.Taking the theory of government failure and multi-center theory as the theoretical orientation,from the aspects of profile,organizational structure,service content,service methods,service objects,characteristic measures,supervision and evaluation,and development bottlenecks,it is active in the community care service field in Beijing.Several types of third departments conduct empirical analysis to comprehensively explore the roles and operations of various types of third departments in meeting the material needs and spiritual needs of the elderly in the community.Combined with the feedback of the community elderly in the process of being served,it proposes optimization suggestions for the further improvement and development of community pension services.
