The Research On Legal Protection Of China's Community Services For The Ageing

Population ageing is the natural law of development of human society, one of the major social problems is facing the world today. In 1999 China entered the aging society, China's aging population is not only reflected the characteristics of the elderly population in the large-scale, rapid development, the elderly population growing faster, but also have not become rich first emerged old, the family of the empty nest, and so obviously special. Ageing of the population has had a huge impact on China's economy, politics, culture, in all aspects of society and is a Challenge on China's aging care system. Traditional family support and social support have not been fit for the actual position of the China. In such circumstances, community services for the ageing are economic and pleasant mode. Community has unique human, material and regional advantages, so community services for the ageing are low cost, high efficiency and comprehensive and become a vigor and vitality way to solve ageing-care problem. In the paper, the author analyzed the constraints to the development of community service and put forward proposals on the legal protections of community services for the aging.
