Development Of Rizhao City Community Day Care Center And Countermeasure Research

In the background of aging population crisis,caring for the aged has been one of the significant issues that influencing the economic development of many countries.The number of elderly people in China has increased year by year,and the issue of old-age care has gradually become a burden for economic development.In terms of pension methods,China has transitioned from a family pension model to a diversified pension model with family pension,institutional pension and community pension.Endowment development plans across the country(for example,the “9037” plan)indicate that family pension is still the preferred pension model for several older people.However,affected by factors such as family planning,family pensions are becoming more and more difficult to sustain.Institutional pension model has low acceptance for the elderly due to insufficient service supply capacity,high service price and narrow service coverage.On the contrary,community pensions give full play to the advantages of community resources.Older people can spend their old age in the familiar living environment and enjoy the aged care service.Therefore,the elderly are more and more inclined to the community pension model.The community day care center is an important form of community pension,with obvious advantages.Older people take care of and participate in activities at the day care center during the day and go home to enjoy family life at night.The day care center can meet the elderly needs of the elderly in many aspects such as life care,medical care,and psychological comfort.This paper takes the Rizhao Community Day Care Center in Shandong Province as the research object.On the basis of reading a large amount of literature,consulting relevant government documents,this paper understands the research status of the day care center and lays a theoretical foundation for this research.Based on the analysis of the situation of the elderly population in Rizhao City,through the combination of in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys,the research on the development status of Rizhao Community Day Care Center was conducted,and the construction and operation,staff,service and satisfaction were obtained.Through data collation and analysis,it is found that the day care center has the following problems: first,the function positioning is not clear;second,the infrastructure construction is incomplete;third,the service supply is not balanced;fourth,the service personnel are not rationally configured;fifth,the government financialsubsidies are insufficient;sixth,the degree of management standardization is not high.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for Rizhao City Development Community Day Care Center: first,increase infrastructure construction;second,improve the supply of medical care and services;third,improve staff training system;fourth,promote diversification of financing channels;fifth,improve management rules and regulations.
