Research On The Development Of Rule Of Law Education By Rural Grassroots Party Organizations In The New Era

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has proceeded from adhering to and developing the overall situation of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and from the height of realizing the modernization of the country's governance system and governance capabilities,it has proposed the strategic layout of comprehensively building a moderately prosperous society,comprehensively deepening reform,comprehensively ruling the country according to law,and comprehensively strictly administering the party,and has created a new situation of ruling the country comprehensively according to law.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that "ruling the country comprehensively according to law is the essential requirement and important guarantee of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and it is necessary to implement the party's leadership in the entire process and all aspects of ruling the country according to law".This further demonstrates the basic and guaranteeing role of comprehensively ruling the country according to law as the basic strategy for ruling the country in the new era in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,which is of great significance for upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics.Since the Chinese economic reform,rural grassroots party organizations have actively carried out the rule of law education,and have made great progress and achievements,mainly reflected in the increased attention to legal education and participation,the legal quality of the rural grassroots cadres and the awareness of the rule of law,etc.There are also problems such as inadequate rural rule of law education mechanisms,limited resources,single content,outdated methods,and insufficient guarantees.Based on the requirements of the rural grassroots rule of law education in the new era and the actual situation of rural grassroots rule of law education,it is necessary to clarify the relationship between the grassroots party organizations and the rule of law education in the new era,give full play to the educational service function of the rural grassroots party organizations,and integrate the rule of law education into the construction of grassroots party organizations and the construction of rural grassroots governance systems.We must further clarify the goals,specific work requirements,and working principles of rural grassroots rule of law education.Based on the characteristics and laws of rural grassroots rule of law education,we must realistically reform and innovate the content and methods of rural grassroots rule of law education,effectively implement various guarantee measures for rural grassroots rule of law education,strive to improve the overall quality and level of rural grassroots rule of law education,build a rural grassroots rule of law culture and a social system governed by law,and contribute to grassroots forces for the overall promotion of the rule of law.
