Study On The Guarantee Of Reservoir Resettlement In Tai'an City

Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,China's water conservancy and hydropower projects have achieved world-renowned achievements and created tremendous economic and social benefits.However,the huge contribution of these water conservancy and hydropower projects to the national economy and people's lives comes at the expense of immigrants.The resettlement work involves many aspects such as project construction,regional development and environmental capacity.Once resettlement is not good,it will lead to the destruction of the local economic structure and the deterioration of the ecological environment.The resettlement guarantee system in China is still in the process of construction,and the resettlement guarantee system for the special group of reservoir immigrants is not yet perfect.Reservoir immigrants,a disadvantaged group,lack economic and social life experience.Not only have they not received strong support and assistance from the state,they have also lost the ability to protect themselves.There are a large number of reservoir immigrants in China.If the resettlement of reservoir immigrants cannot be properly resolved,it will cause a lot of social problems.This article first sorts out the changes in the central government's policies related to reservoir resettlement and the opportunities and challenges faced by reservoir resettlement under the new situation.It summarizes the survival status of reservoir resettlement in Tai'an City and the results achieved in the reservoir resettlement guarantee in Tai'an City.Through field investigation and questionnaire analysis of the Caishan Reservoir,combined with the current situation of the resettlement guarantee of the reservoir in Tai'an City,the main problems in the resettlement guarantee of the reservoir in Tai'an City were found to be: difficulties in reemployment of the resettlers and poor implementation of social security policies Strong,immigration policy participation is not enough.Finally,put forward corresponding policy suggestions for the above issues,such as: establishing and improving reservoir resettlement management institutions.The research results of this paper will provide some references for the improvement of the reservoir resettlement guarantee work of Tai'an City,with a view to accurately grasp the resettlement guarantee issues of reservoir resettlement and provide a basis for establishing and improving the social security mechanism.
