Study On The Community Governance Of "Village To Residence"

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has achieved rapid growth,and urbanization has entered a high-speed development stage.With the advancement of the relocation and reconstruction around the city,many "village to residence" communities have been built on the spot or nearby,and the layout and governance mode of residential space have changed greatly.At present,the governance level of the "village to residence" community in China has been steadily improved,however,it still lags behind in terms of transformation of governance concept and improvement of residents' awareness.There are many shortcomings in the process of governance,such as the role dislocation of "two committees" and the absence of "migrant" services.These problems are closely related to the daily life of the residents in the "village to residence" community,and also become an important factor hindering the high-quality development of the economy and society.This paper selects Guowangzhuang community as a typical representative of "village to residence" community governance,starting from the perspective of governance subjects such as community party organizations,neighborhood committees,owners' committees,property companies,non-profit organizations,etc.,through on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire survey and interview,summarizes the current situation of community governance.Based on governance theory,civil society theory and service-oriented government theory,it analyzes the existing problems and the root causes of the problems in governance.Based on the successful experience at home and abroad,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for its governance innovation.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter describes the research background,research significance and research methods,combing the research status at home and abroad,and defining the core concepts of "village to residence" and community governance.The second chapter summarizes the western advanced governance theory and governance experience at home and abroad,which lays the foundation for the case study of Guowangzhuang community.The third chapter focuses on the present situation of the governance of Guowangzhuang community,analyzes the general thinking and concrete measures of current governance.In the fourth chapter,the author further analyzes and finds out the problems,such as the dislocation of the governance subject and the imperfection of the governance system.In the fifth chapter,some suggestions are put forward to improve the community governance.The sixth chapter makes a brief summary of the whole paper,pointing out that "strengthening community autonomy and improving governance efficiency" is the key to realize the optimal governance of "village to residence" community.
