Study On The Professional Identitiy Of The Criminal Police In Dongying District Public Security Bureau Of Shandong Province

As the inner driving force of psychology,the individuals with high level of occupational identity will have the sense of occupational satisfaction and achievement,which is beneficial to the development of the whole team.On the contrary,the low level of occupational identity will affect the work enthusiasm of individuals,affect the team combat effectiveness.Facing the complex environment,the criminal police is faced with more and more tasks and challenges,resulting in more and more work pressure,professional identity has changed significantly.The object of this study is 47 on the job criminal police officers of dongying district public security bureau of shandong province.First of all,through the literature research method,familiar with domestic and foreign scholars on professional identity,police professional identity,criminal police and other literature,master the relevant concepts,theories and professional identity related scale.On the basis of the actual situation of criminal police in dongying district public security sub-bureau,the questionnaire of professional identity of criminal police in dongying district public security sub-bureau of shandong province was developed.The questionnaire includes ten demographic variables,such as sex,age,police age,educational background,major,marital status,relatives from the police,administrative level,rank,type of work,etc,this paper analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of professional identity of dongying district criminal police from three dimensions of professional value,professional emotion and professional behavior.The questionnaire data analysis adopts adrian ludwig richter five-point scale method to carry on the extreme value,the average value analysis to the summary collection result,it is clear that the dongying district public security bureau criminal police professional identification level is generally high,the higher occupational value,the richer occupational emotion,the more active occupational behavior,the higher work pressure,the lack of public understanding,the lower salary level,the worse coping with the pressure and so on.The internal and external causes of the influence on the professional identity of criminal police are as follows: psychological quality,relatives,police age,administrative level and job type.On the other hand,the external causes are the social public understanding,the work pressure,the income treatment,theprofessional development,the training to the criminal police professional identity influence.Finally,from six aspects,namely,to enhance the work skills of criminal police,to improve the public understanding of criminal police,ease the professional pressure of criminal police,improve the level of criminal police remuneration and welfare treatment,unblock the channels of criminal police promotion,strengthen the study and training of criminal police to promote professional identity countermeasuresThrough this study,we can objectively understand the current situation and influencing factors of the professional identity of the criminal police of the dongying district public security sub-bureau of shandong province,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the professional identity of the criminal police of the dongying district public security sub-bureau of shandong province,in order to strengthen the professional identity level of criminal police in dongying district public security sub-bureau,it provides a new idea to promote the high-quality development of criminal police force in dongying district public security sub-bureau.
