Study On Resocialization Of Prison From The Perspective Of Co-construction,Co-governance And Co-sharing

With the continuous development of society and the progress of the constitutionality,the issue of resocialization of prisoners is receiving more and more attention from the public.Recentiy,the high rate of re-offending in the country directly reflects the bad resocialization effect of prisoners.Whether prisoners can be transformed into law-abiding citizens or not,is becoming an important factor affecting the social security and stability.The issue of the resocialization of prisoners is essentially a social problem.It requires lots of social resources participatlly.However,due to the restriction of traditional management concepts and closed management systems,the resocialization of prisoners faces many problems,such as insufficient resources,lack of professionalism and disconnected from society.Based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,author of this article explore to establish a perfect governance system of prisoners' resocialization with the perspective of co-construction,co-governance and co-sharing' which is of government responsibility,social collaboration,public participation,and the protection of the rule of law.It provides a new research idea for the resocialization of prisoners.
