| The education and reform of prisoners is a complicated and systematic project,the re-socialization of prisoners is a key part to re-molding the soul of those who have completed their sentence.China’s penalty execution system determines that the vast majority of prisoners will eventually return to society.Therefore,from the perspective of social security and stability,the education of prison inmates is more important than that of ordinary people.The re-socialization of prison inmates is an important part of the prison’s function of "combining punishment and reform",and also an important indicator of the prison’s reform results.Just as education cannot be separated from society,the re-socialization of prisoners cannot be completed by the prison alone.In recent years,with the rapid expansion of social organizations,more and more such organizations participate in the education and reform of prisoners,which provide a lot of support for the re-socialization of prisoners,but it is still in the exploratory stage.This study is supported by the social support theory,and based on refreshing the related research literature about the social support of prisoners’re-socialization.Through the questionnaire survey and the individual interview form,with the measures of stratified and cluster random sampling,the author fixed nearly 300 people among all the persons serving prison sentences in Zhejiang QS prison.In addition,the author picked out 10 inpatient prisoners randomly for the individual interview in the prison hospital.Integration based on social support scale(SSRS)and 90 symptoms self-evaluation scale(SCL-90),the author made an investigation and statistical analysis about social status of social support and mental health status of prisoners’ re-socialization,and made some correlation analysis of the prisoners’ psychological traits,social support,and support utilization.On this basis,this study aims to explore the social support system and the possibility of building form for prisoners’re-socialization from the perspectives of policy,law and practice,and provide reference for further research,system construction and prison practice. |
