Governance Of "Village Changed" Community

With accelerated urbanization construction,the urbanization rate continues to increase,and the governance problems of the "village-to-resident" communities have also followed.As a usual community type,"village changed" community has an important historical position in the process of urban development.How to manage"village changed" community,how to realize its high-quality transformation to urban community has always been a compelling questions to all cities.It also decides the development and the construction of the new city.With the improvement of the emphasis on community governance in China,the academy has a lot of research on the "village changed" community.We hope to promote the healthy development of the"village changed" community with the research on it,as well as help local governments definite direction on the governance.As the first pilot cities of "urban community construction experimental area"determined by the Ministry of civil affairs,Qingdao undoubtedly has rich practical experience in community construction,and the Governance Dilemma in "village to residence" community governance should also exist in all cities nationwide,and its solution path has great research value.This paper starts with the research on the practical operation level,selects Licang District of Qingdao,the pioneer of community governance,as a typical urban construction research model,with the research on the specific governance of specific cities,to give local governments a reference on the practical level.Through questionnaire,interview and data review,this paper has a deep understanding of the current situation of community governance in Licang District,and combined with the relevant data and research in other districts,cities and development zones in Qingdao,summarizes the common problems and reasons in community governance,at the same time,this paper analyzes the governance experience of the Shangliu Jiayuan community in the typical community of Licang District in detail.Combined with these experiences and drawing on the excellent governance ideas from all over the country,it puts forward to strengthen the responsibility positioning of the governance subject,improve the residents’ trust and cohesion,pay attention to the residents’ life and interest demands,and improve The governance model of collective economic organizations and other governance suggestions provide reference for the governance of "village to residence" communities in other cities.
