In recent years,social development has been rapid and population movement has accelerated,and a new group of social "elderly migrants" has emerged.Elderly migrants are an important part of the mobile elderly population,and the number has gradually increased in recent years.After entering an unfamiliar community,affected by various factors,the elderly who have moved with them have not been able to integrate into it well.The existence of the problem is not only not conducive to the physical and mental health of the elderly,but even has a bad impact on the family and society.At present,scholars pay less attention to their situation,and research is still very limited.As a social work student,we should pay attention to the current situation of social adaptation of elderly people who migrate with us from a practical perspective,and find their difficulties and needs.,Analyze the factors that affect their social adaptation,provide targeted professional services,and promote the elderly to gradually adapt to urban life.This article starts from the current living conditions of the elderly who move along,taking 12 elderly people who move along in the L community of Jinan as a research sample,mainly through interviews and non-participating observation methods,analyzes the current situation of social adaptation of elderly people moving along,influencing factors and proposes corresponding countermeasures Suggest.First,based on a review of the current status,influencing factors,and countermeasures of domestic and foreign scholars on the elderly who have moved,this article establishes the research ideas of this thesis and chooses to elaborate on the status quo of adaptation from four levels:interpersonal,cultural,environmental,and psychological.It was found that most of the difficulties encountered by the elderly who migrated were at the interpersonal level:lack of communication with peer groups,family members,and communities;cultural level:barriers to language communication,differences in eating habits,disruption of work and rest rules,contradictions in ideas,and different dress and dress.To adapt to the new community of the elderly with the migration;environmental level:climate differences,changes in living and travel environment,strange shopping environment,institutional environment exclusion;psychological level:low self-efficacy,lack of identity and security,etc.Most elderly people who move with themselves think they are foreigners,which seriously hinders their integration into the new environment.Thirdly,based on the refinement of the interview content,analyze the impact of the four dimensions of individual,family,community and policy on the social adaptation of the elderly with the migration,and discover personal factors:physical aging,weak consciousness to change,solidified thinking,and difficult to change the local complex;Family factors:There is a difference in concept with the children.The children are busy with work and careless,resulting in nowhere for the elderly to feel emotional;community factors:imperfect organization,lack of professionals,the community does not pay attention,and less targeted services;policy factors:household registration Institutional restrictions,inability to enjoy public services,fragmentation of social security policies,and difficulties in obtaining access to other places have all affected the social adaptation of elderly people who have moved.In addition,it analyzes the related services currently carried out by the community,finds the advantages and disadvantages of intervention,and puts forward suggestions and policy measures for social work participation to promote the social adaptation of the elderly who migrate,and provides reference for helping the elderly who migrate to integrate into the community and even urban life.
