Research On The Practice Path Of Grass-roots Deliberative Democracy

Under the strong leadership of the communist party of China(CPC),China has in practice developed deliberative democracy at the grassroots level in various forms and with the closest ties with the people at the grassroots level.Deliberative democracy at the grass-roots level is the development of democracy at the grassroots level and enlarge the important forms of citizen's orderly political participation,opened up a new way of grassroots democracy in China,create a new pattern of grassroots social governance in our country,enhances the basic-level party and the government's political legitimacy,strengthen the deliberative democracy at the grass-roots level,to promote the healthy development of the democracy at the grassroots level,innovation of grassroots social governance,far-reaching significance.This paper takes the concrete practice of grassroots consultative democracy in H district of J city as the research background,takes the people in H district and all the sub-district offices as the research object,through the effective combination of theory and practical examples,with the basic ideas of discovering problems,analyzing problems and solving problems.This paper mainly takes the two typical modes of grassroots consultative democracy in district H as examples to conduct in-depth analysis,and then summarizes experience and practices of grassroots democracy in district H.Based on the questionnaire survey and interviews,problems of grassroots consultative democracy in district H are found.By summarizing and drawing on the experienceand practices of the typical models of grassroots democracy at home,this paper studies the methods of grassroots consultative democracy construction in district H from the perspective of grassroots social governance,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions,so as to provide reference for promoting the normalized construction of grassroots consultative democracy in district H.At the same time for other cities in the process of social governance practice of deliberative democracy at the grass-roots level to provide experience for reference and reference,in order to promote our country socialist deliberative democracy also broaden the train of thought,so as to realize the diversification of deliberative democracy,form diversification,program development,institutionalization for perfecting the social governance system of socialism with Chinese characteristics to provide effective support.
