Research On The Legislative Guarantee Of Service For The Elderly

In order to actively cope with the increasing pressure of aging,there are welcome changes in the service system for the elderly in China.With the advancement of science and technology and the continuous improvement of China's economic strength and comprehensive national strength,the demand for elderly services is also increasing.Under this background,elderly services have been developed to a certain extent,increasing the supply of elderly service facilities and increasing support for elderly services.The medical and nursing integration mechanism is maturing,but China 's current elderly service is facing supply.The main functions have not been fully exerted,and the service mechanism for the elderly is not yet complete.The needs of the elderly service market in China.In response to such problems,the author integrated domestic and foreign research literature,using literature research,interdisciplinary analysis,questionnaire surveys,individual interviews,comparative research and other methods to investigate the current status of elderly services in T County Hunan Province.Starting from the theoretical foundations such as substantive rule of law,we will further improve the legislative system for elderly services through research,protect the legitimate rights and interests of elderly services,and further improve the satisfaction of elderly services.Therefore,on the basis of demonstrating the problems existing in the service for the elderly,three countermeasures for improving the service system for the elderly in China are proposed legal liability.The next step in the construction of the legal system for the elderly service must be to clarify the responsibilities of the main body of the elderly service provider and improve the legal responsibility system for the elderly service.The author hopes that through systematic researchon the legislative guarantee system for elderly services,guidance and response can be given to practice,thereby promoting the development of high-quality services for the elderly in China.
