Research On The Countermeasures Of Traffic Congestion In Minsk

Belarus is a relatively small country in central Europe,with a total population of about 9.5 million people.It is divided into 6 regions.The most populous region is the capital of Belarus-Minsk.Minsk is the largest transportation hub in Belarus and a political,economic,cultural and technological center.Due to the continuous growth of the population,the demand for transportation has also increased,and the situation of road traffic congestion is becoming more and more prominent.Therefore,the city government has introduced a relatively low-cost innovative method for the problem of traffic congestion.However,even these attempts cannot completely eliminate traffic congestion.Especially in the context of the increasingly serious traffic congestion in Minsk,the city government urgently needs to improve the traffic management level of city managers,find a faster and more efficient traffic congestion management path,and then effectively solve the problem of urban traffic congestion.This article is based on this,through consulting literature and combining with social surveys for careful analysis and research.From the perspectives of public goods theory,choice theory and governance theory,and using social science research methods such as literature method and induction method,the problem of road traffic congestion in Minsk was analyzed.The paper first introduces the research background and significance of this paper.At the same time,it learns from domestic and foreign successful cases,conducts an in-depth analysis of the current urban traffic congestion problems,and finds suitable solutions;second,it sorts out the traffic congestion with Minsk Governance-related concepts and theoretical basis for research;at the same time,it introduces the current status of Minsk's traffic,combined with the specific methods of managing traffic congestion at home and abroad,briefly explains the main reasons for the traffic congestion in Minsk;The operability of traffic congestion management in Minsk was studied and analyzed,and on this basis,solutions and countermeasures for traffic congestion in Minsk were proposed.
