constraint supervision,and a theoretical basis that includes the popular sovereignty theory,the Chinese characteristics restriction of power the supervision ideology and so on.On this basis,this article summarizes the reasons for the reform and the works on the macroscopic level.This article discusses the reform of national supervision system work of city T through the operation mechanism of city T,the power of supervision,the effort of the reform,and so on aspects,systematically analyzes the operating situation of the reform.Based on the region practice,this article emphases on the problems of the reform of national supervision system of T city,mainly includes that the supervision power disposition remains to be optimized,the supervision and restriction are not forceful enough,the coordinatecohesive mechanism is not complete and the cadre personal administration system is not perfecting yet.And this article analyzes the reason why these problems occur,reducing to three aspects that the supporting system design exists the region diversity,the expansivity of the supervision power as public power,the complement of supervisory personal administration system.Meanwhile,brief introducing the extraterritorial supervisory system of Hong Kong,Sweden,and Singapore,and summarize the relevant experience,in order to providing a beneficial reference on how to get deep into advancing the reform of supervision system of our country.The basis on huge amount of document researches,and combines the actual work,we conducts the reflect on the resources of deepening the reform of supervision system : improve the system of supporting laws and regulations with the supervision law as the core,Enhance the “quality” and “quantity” on the shrouded supervisory object,optimize the scientific and efficient internal operating mechanism,complete the supervisory restriction mechanism on supervisory organs,build a contingent of professional supervisory cadres.The reform of national supervision system is a great practice and achievement in anticorruption struggle in our country.It breaks the dependence on the inherent anti-corruption idea and path,greatly promotes the process of anti-corruption under the rule of the law and opens a new chapter in anti-corruption work in our country.The fourth plenary session of the19 th CPC central committee stands at a new starting point,and puts forward the requirements of "deepening the reform of supervision system" and“promoting the standard and rule of law of discipline inspection and supervision",which pointed out the direction for consolidating and the development of the reform of national supervision system.The reform of national supervision system is at key point at a critical juncture of the advancement in-depth,which is in need to consider continuously on the top-level design and regional practices for making the supervisory system more mature and stereotyped,so that the supervisory
