With the rapid development of high-tech equipment,people pay more and more attention to the spare parts management technology to ensure the normal use of equipment.Due to the complicated equipment and the sharp rise in the price of spare parts,if the spare parts are still managed according to the traditional methods,the contradiction of "funding shortage and shortage of spare parts" will become more prominent,and even an unsustainable situation will occur.Because of this,spare parts management has become a very important research direction in the field of weapons and equipment support.The VARI-METRIC model is a multi-echelon and multi-indenture spare parts support model that is widely used by the military and many enterprises in various countries.And after research,it is found that this model has the problem of low accuracy of the optimal spare parts configuration scheme given under the condition of low availability.Therefore,based on this problem,we propose a multi-echelon and multi-indenture spare parts optimization technology model based on the demand supply steady-state process,study related technologies,determine the technical plan of multi-echelon and multi-indenture spare parts inventory optimization,and break through key technologies in the technical plan.A complete analytical model is proposed,a simulation model is established to evaluate the analytical model,and then compared the analytical model with VMETRIC software to verify the analytical model.The main work of the thesis includes the following parts.Firstly,based on the research of multi-echelon structure,multi-indenture structure and multi-echelon and multi-indenture spare parts support process,this paper proposes multi-echelon and multi-indenture spare parts optimization technology based on the steady state process of demand supply,and studies related implementation technologies such as support process analysis,analytical model establishment and model solution,and determines technical solutions based on multi-echelon structure,multi-indenture structure,demand rate solution,supply rate solution,demand supply rate module establishment,and marginal analysis method.Secondly,this paper proposes the definition and solution method of demand rate and supply rate,and the method of establishing the demand supply module,which solves the problems of unclear increase or decrease in the number of related spare parts storage and the confusion of the system inventory flow during the multi-echelon and multi-indenture spare parts support process.Thirdly,multi-echelon and multi-indenture spare parts optimization model design.The model adopts the analytical model solution method,including multi-echelon and multi-indenture spare parts support process module,demand rate solution module,spare parts demand supply and supply rate solution module,equipment system demand supply module and model solution module.And defines the function and correlation of the five modules.Finally,model evaluation and verification.Establish a simulation model to evaluate the multi-echelon and multi-indenture spare parts optimization model proposed above,namely the analytical model,and verify the analytical model based on the comparison with the results of VMETRIC software.
