In the science and technology change rapidly today, the level of modernization of our country in the field of high technology has been significantly improved. With China's increasingly high demands on the equipment performance, the complexity of equipment maintenance system is also gradually increasing, the maintenance funds also increased. The traditional equipment support mode of supply of spare parts repair not only cause a waste of resources and its guarantee ability has gradually difficult to meet the needs of security department.In view of the situation this paper can repair equipment spare parts guarantee for the optimization object, through the establishment of repairable spares support multi-level optimization model, and using the marginal analysis method to solve the model. On reasonable selection of spare parts inventory allocation system of the premise of equipment availability and security efficiency indicators, reduce repair overheads of equipment to improve the comprehensive quality of service.The paper introduces the equipment support inventory optimization theory, and system of equipment spare parts supply support inventory optimization problem analysis and modeling, the realization of arbitrary security organization structure can repair spare parts Multi-echelon l security model. And through the security calculation and result analysis, to test the model's rationality and universality. Finally, on the basis of the existing model, designed and implemented security system of spare parts, realizes the data import operation examples and the results are displayed.
