Study On Planning And Management Of Community Housing In Wujiang Taihu New City

The community is the most basic space for people to live in and is also an important place for residents to live in this area.The existence of community housing is a place for residents in this region to provide basic services that are closely related to their lives.Incorporating urban and rural community services into the system of"strengthening and innovating social management" has put forward new requirements for the use function and post-management of community supporting service buildings.Wujiang Taihu New City community housing planning and management,in the planning of distribution,use management and mass demand,etc.have a lot of successful experience.However,there are some practical problems in the planning and use management of community housing.Among them,the more prominent problems are the lack of residential venues,the low utilization rate of community supporting services,and the low participation of community activities.The reasons are mainly due to unreasonable planning and allocation indicators,lags in the updating of community supporting service facilities and technical equipment,insufficient community service professionals,insufficient participation of social forces and market participants,and inadequate professionalism of special groups.Therefore,Wujiang Taihu New City to improve the planning and management of community housing,we must optimize the pre-planning layout and allocation indicators,strengthen the urban and rural community service system,promote the construction of community service professionals,accelerate the marketization of public services and build a smart community.
