| The community is the basic unit of society,urban community is an important carrier platform for the country to govern the city,and the urban commercial housing community as the main component of the urban community is not only a place where the majority of urban residents live,but also a home where residents can communicate and help each other.However,due to the rapid development of urbanization and the market economy,the composition of residents in urban commercial housing communities is becoming increasingly complex.In addition to the increasing pressure of urban living,residents lack a sense of belonging and identification with the community,and their initiative and public affairs.The enthusiasm is also getting lower and lower,community participation is affected by social factors and the individual factors of the residents themselves,and community participation is seriously insufficient.As residents in the community,in order to better study the community participation in urban commercial housing,this article starts from the level of individual residents and investigates the status of community identity of community residents in urban commercial housing.Relationship and mutual influence.Therefore,based on the collation and review of relevant domestic and foreign literature,this article defines the concept of commercial housing community,community identity,and community resident participation,and combines the foregoing literature review to divide community identity into community emotional identity and community function.The three dimensions of identity and community neighborhood identity are divided into four dimensions: community political participation,community economic participation,community social participation and community cultural participation.Starting from different dimensions,the relationship between community identity and community resident participation is explored,with a view to giving effective and feasible suggestions and opinions on the serious lack of resident participation in urban commercial housing communities.Based on in-depth observations and field visits to urban commercial housing communities,as well as the collation and analysis of relevant literature,the questionnaire for this study was determined.This article mainly takes Chongqing as an example.The commercial housing communities in the three main urban areas are selected as research objects.Through the distribution of questionnaires,they understand their community identity and the status of community residents ’participation.In order to verify the relationship between community identity and community residents’ participation behaviors and their mutual influence,this paper puts forward targeted suggestions for the current situation of low community residents’ participation rate due to insufficient community identity.The research finds that: 1)there is a significant positive correlation between community identity and community residents ’participation behavior;2)each dimension of community identity also plays a positive role in promoting community residents’ participation behavior;3)different demographics.The impact of variables on community residents’ participation behavior is different.Finally,based on the conclusions drawn from the study,this article proposes three aspects of suggestions and measures from different dimensions of community identity,including improving the emotional connection between residents and the community and optimizing the community.The internal hardware facilities and increase the frequency of neighborhood interactions with a view to improving the status of community residents ’participation and the level of community residents’ participation. |
