In recent decades, because of the destruction of the ecological environment, some areas have moved to new environment suitable for living under the guidance of the national ecological immigration policy. In the new environment, immigrants face many problems, especially the problems caused by rising food and clothing, housing and rising living costs. In addition, the relocation also involves the reconstruction of original lifestyle and cultural atmosphere.Reconstruction requires immigrants to build new social relationships to alleviate psychological stress in a sparse environment. If the most basic life problems cannot be solved, and the cost of living is highly variable, immigrants will have negative emotions such as disappointment and anxiety. Therefore, understanding the changes in the life of immigrants after relocation, especially the main aspects of rising living costs has become the focus of research. These troubled solutions to immigrants will enable them to truly adapt to the new social life after relocation. At present, the research of psychological adaptation mostly concentrates on social adaptation, but the psychological adaptation of immigrants is only slightly thinner from the perspective of relocation. It should be said that the psychological adaptation of immigrants is closely related to changes in their original lives. However, the literature research finds that the adaptation of immigrants from the perspective of cost of life is less involved. The psychological prediction of immigrants before relocation and the real cost of living after relocation affects the adaptation of immigrants to the new environment; The immigration government has different land allocation standards,or the improper compensation costs. The living cost of immigrants is unstable and cannot be timely.Relief channels and government inaction affect livelihoods, which causes immigrants to complain and psychological anxietyand other issues. It is not conducive to the livelihood reconstruction of immigrants. This paper uses the questionnaire survey method to obtain the survey data of 506 ecological immigrant households in E'erduosi City and Bayannaoer City in Inner Mongolia, and analyzes the changes in income and expenditure after the resettlement, capital changes and the different family strategies. Then analyze the resulting impact on the psychological adaptation of immigrant households after relocation. The results show that:(1)the positive impact of the housing construction cost bearing capacity of the household on the psychological adaptability of the head of the household, that is,as the capacity of the immigrant households increases, the weaker the degree of psychological discomfort, the weaker the ability to bear, the psychological The greater the possibility of adaptation.(2)The satisfaction of the immigrant households on the land allocation pattern is also positively related to the psychological adaptation status. The more satisfactory the land allocation method is,the stronger the psychological adaptation status is,the more dissatisfied with the land allocation method and the weaker the psychological adaptation degree.(3)The educational stage of children and investment in education have a significant impact on psychological adaptation. The higher the education stage of the children, the greater the investment in education, and the greater the likelihood that the immigrants will not adapt to the psychology. This paper also proposes policy recommendations for improving the adaptability of immigrants in the aspects of improving government policies, improving immigration training, increasing employment, and immigrant mental health education.
