The Fifth Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee made a full decision on the implementation of a couple of children.With the implementation of the comprehensive two-child policy,the number of infants and young children in rural areas in China has increased,and the rural education policy needs to be adjusted at the same time to achieve the prenatal and postnatal care of the new rural population and comprehensively improve the overall quality of rural adolescents.The article uses investigation and research,literature research and other methods to make an in-depth analysis of rural education policy under the background of comprehensive two-child policy.The content of the article is divided into six parts: introduction,literature review and theoretical basis,fertility willingness and educational policy changes,population change and optimization of educational resource allocation,utility analysis and rational decision-making,conclusion and discussion of rural education policy.The survey found that the increase in the number of births of the two children will put pressure on the education policy environment in the rural areas of T County,and put forward higher requirements and new demands on the teaching scale,teacher quality and education environment of rural schools.The two children's reproductive behavior that has affected rural residents.The existing rural education policy in T County can improve the local conditions for running schools as a whole,and improve the quality of rural teachers to a certain extent.At the same time,it also has negative effects in terms of financial input,timeliness,and policy research and evaluation.A new educational appeal in the background of children.The article points out that the rational decision-making of education policy should be based on profound research,accurately predict the number of new rural population,adjust education policy according to the trend of population structure,take the initiative to attack,overall overall planning,actively guide and pay attention to differences,and promote rural education in China.The policy constantly adapts to changes in the demographic structure and guarantees the healthy and sustainable development of rural education.
