Research On Service Ability Of Xuancheng Social Insurance Agency Under The Background Of Soft Environment Construction

Though 40 years of reforming and opening up,with the rapid and high-quality development of the economy and society,the construction of a service-oriented government has become a key direction for transforming the government's functions.Under the background of soft environment construction,higher requirements are put forward to the administrative actions,service quality and efficiency of government administrative departments.In the process of building a soft environment,the administrative department establishes sense of service,creates a friendly environment for the people,clarifies the responsibilities of the work,and improves the efficiency of the work business.It is not only the requirement of soft environment construction,but also the key to build a service-oriented government.As an important part of the public service system,social insurance is closely related to people's interests.Social insurance agencies,as a window directly provide services to people,its services directly affects the efficiency and quality of people's work,and profoundly affects people's sense of well-being and gain of life.It is very important to know the current service capacity of social insurance agencies,and improve the institutional service capabilities to make it better serve the people.As grassroots staff of Xuancheng Social Insurance Agency,we have conducted a detailed understanding and investigation of the situation of Xuancheng Social Insurance Agency,collected more abundant and informative data and interviewed the person in charge of the organization.Therefore,we understand the current status of Xuancheng Social Security Administration.According to the actual work status of Xuancheng,we made the “Xuancheng Social Security Agency Service Construction and Satisfaction Survey Questionnaire”.According to the questionnaire,we believe that the current Xuancheng social security agency have below issues,firstly not strong in business execution and poor connection;secondly the business workload is too large,and the handling staff is overloaded;thirdly the business informatization is insufficient.We believe that the problem is caused by the unsmooth management system,insufficient service concept,insufficient talent team,and incompatibility of the information construction system.Based on the actual situation,we put forward strategies to improve the service capacity of the agency,including the realization of management standardization,strengthening the quality of service concepts and the construction of talent team.Through the research on the service capacity building of Xuancheng Social Security Office,we will provide some useful experience for other researches on this issue.
