Red tourism is a tourism product with the purpose of patriotism and revolutionary tradition.The development of red tourism is a major measure to strengthen the education of patriotism and revolutionary tradition,cultivate and establish core socialist values,and promote the building of socialist civilization.At present,modern tourists not only make a sightseeing tour,but also gather the cultural pride of the home country.However,it must be seen that there are still problems in the red tourism that “the supply and demand are difficult to connect,and it is easy to be said than done”.The management mechanism is imperfect,the innovation ability is relatively weak and the deficiency in exhibition and explanation,which not only reduced the tourist satisfaction,but also reduced the tourist attraction.At the same time,the main tourist of red tourism is changing to the new tourist market of “80s and 90s”.Their consumption preferences,consumption habits,consumption patterns and travel modes are different from the “60s and 70s” traditional customers.This presents a new topic for the construction of red tourist destinations.Based on the above background,this article takes Guangyuan City as an example,through the on-the-spot investigation of the four red tourist scenic spots of Wangcang Red Army City,Cangxi Red Army Ferry,Red Army Blood War Jianmenguan Site and Mumen Conference Site.Study the satisfaction of tourists on red tourism in the new era,and improve the construction of red tourism destinations based on this.First of all,this paper reviews and sorts out the research literatures related to red tourism and tourist satisfaction through Cite Space bibliometric tools,and defines the concepts of red tourism,tourist satisfaction and tourism destinations.It expounds the two basic theoriessupporting this paper: structural equation model theory and American customers' satisfaction model theory.On the basis of the above research,the American customers' satisfaction index model ACSI is selected as the reference model,combined with the characteristics of the tourism industry and the unique characteristics of red tourism,the theoretical model of red tourist satisfaction is constructed,and thirteen research hypotheses are proposed.Based on the four principles of science,pertinence,feasibility and hierarchy,the satisfaction assessment index system was initially constructed.On this basis,the questionnaire was designed and distributed to the four places to collect questionnaires and collect data.The objective evaluation of tourism and red tourism in Guangyuan City was carried out.the four representative attractions of Wangcang Red Army City,Wooden Gate Conference Site,Cangxi Red Army Ferry and Red Army Blood Gate Jianmenguan Site in Guangyuan City are selected as the specific research objects.The research hypotheses and theoretical models of this paper are verified by various statistical methods such as reliability and validity analysis,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and structural equation modeling.The study found that:(1)Visitors expect has a significant negative impact on perceived quality,perceived value,and tourist satisfaction,but less impact on visitor satisfaction.Perceived quality has a significant positive impact on perceived value and visitor satisfaction and has a greater impact on visitor satisfaction.(2)Tourist satisfaction has a significant impact on tourist complaints and tourist loyalty,and tourist satisfaction has a greater impact on tourist loyalty.Tourists complain has a negative impact on the loyalty of tourists,but the impact is small.(3)Perceived quality and perceived value have a mediating effect on the impact of visitors' expectations on satisfaction.Perceived quality has a mediating effect on the impact of visitors' expectations on perceived value.Combined with the conclusions of the study,the final recommendations were made.
