Research On Government Financial Support Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

In recent years,China has put forward the strategy of Rural Revitalization and development,taking the rural development as an important issue of socialist construction in the new era.Compared with developed countries,the rural development in China is relatively backward,and the backward rural financial development is one of the main factors.Financial support is of great significance to accelerate the development of Rural Revitalization.Therefore,it is the key factor to realize the Rural Revitalization Strategy by supporting the rural financial development.However,the development of rural finance in China is generally poor,mainly due to the lack of support from government policies,the low enthusiasm of commercial financial institutions,the insufficient innovation of rural financial products,the narrow scope of support,the small authority of financial institutions,the low coverage of support,the mismatch between financial support policies and rural financial development needs,the slow development of agricultural insurance system Problems such as insufficient follow-up guarantee of supporting policies.In order to solve these problems,we must scientifically strengthen the role of the government in the financial support of Rural Revitalization and development.This paper studies how the government can promote the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy through financial support policies.Whether these problems can be solved at present is directly related to the realization of the strategic goal of Rural Revitalization.By using the methods of literature analysis and empirical research,this paper summarizes and studies the relevant theories of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on financial support for rural development and the role of the government.At the same time,by using the methods of research and interview,combined with social work practice,taking m city as an example,this paper explains the rural financial support policies,methods and current situation of M city government,and implements the financial support policies for M city To promote the revitalization of rural areas to provide scientific suggestions.In the process of investigation,I went deep into the rural areas of M City,used the method of field investigation to understand the formulation and implementation of the rural financial support policies of M City,and analyzed the current situation,found out the problems existing in the financial support for rural development of M city.Based on the financial support theory and Rural Revitalization Strategy,I thought about the role of the government in the rural financial support policies of M city The role.It is found that the main problems of M city in rural financial support are as follows: first,in financial support,the guiding role of government policies is not fully played and reflected;second,the macro-control of government financial support policies is not in place,resulting in a very large gap between urban and rural financial markets,which is not conducive to narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,and revitalizing rural development.Combined with the current situation of the formulation and implementation of rural financial support policies in M city and the existing problems,it is concluded that if M city wants to further promote the revitalization and development of rural areas,it should give full play to the guiding role of the government in the financial support policies: 1.Use the macro-control function,combined with specific support policies and welfare measures to promote the development of rural finance,such as guiding commercial funds Financial institutions develop to rural areas and mobilize the enthusiasm of commercial financial institutions to serve rural areas through financial subsidies.2.The government should take the role of the leader of rural financial support,build a good rural credit environment,promote the construction of diversified rural financial system,introduce other financial subjects such as social funds,establish a good rural industrial ecology,promote the innovation of rural financial products,etc.,and meet the needs of rural financial development from all aspects in policy,so as to realize the financial support to rural areas Village revitalization and development.On this basis,this paper puts forward a new way of rural financial support,which is guided by the government policy for the construction of rural financial system,through the way of financial expenditure to establish a policy financial institution with certain public welfare color,by the policy financial institution to promote the construction and improvement of rural financial system,to ensure that the direction of financial support policy is correct and effective So as to play a positive role in promoting the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.
