Analysis Of The Relationship Between Rural Community Capability,Community Structure And Mobilization Capability

A community is a basic unit of human society.It is a small society that connects members of society with the state and society.Since 2006,China has initiated the construction of rural communities.In community building,the size of rural community social mobilization ability intuitively reflects the implementation of rural community construction,but also reflects the size of community capacity and the relationship between the community and the external environment from another aspect.However,in the process of rural community construction,the mobilization capacity of the former rural community cannot meet the requirements of rural community construction,and the government 's mobilization capacity for rural communities is declining or even becoming ineffective.Therefore,this research focuses on the mobilization ability of rural communities.From the perspective of social space theory,the current social mobilization of rural communities is answered by discussing the relationship between the community structure and community abilities within the rural community and the community social mobilization ability.The problem of declining ability,and then provide ideas for the improvement of social mobilization ability of rural communities in China.Through field research and data analysis of the three rural communities,it is found that different types of rural communities have different mobilization abilities,of which the market town-type rural communities have the strongest mobilization abilities and the traditional rural communities have the weakest mobilization abilities.The community capacity and community structure in different communities are also different.Among them,the market town-type rural community has the strongest community capacity and the traditional rural community has the weakest.Further analysis found that the community capacity and community structure within the community have an impact on mobilization capacity.Among them,the influence of community capacity on mobilization capacity is greater than the impact of community structure on it,and there is a positive linear relationship between the two,that is,the community the stronger the ability,the stronger the mobilization ability,which leads to the strongest mobilization ability of the township rural community with the strongest community ability,while the traditional rural community is the opposite.According to the above research,the key to comprehensively improve the social mobilization ability of rural communities in China is to start from within the community,enhance its internal community capabilities and community structure,tailor it according to different community internal resources and structural relationships,and use different means to mobilize To maximize the mobilization effect.
