Research On The Government Governance Of Network Public Opinion In Henan Province

With the rise and rapid development and popularization of the Internet,cyberspace has grown into an important public discourse space,and Internet public opinion has become an important window for examining public opinion,the government governance of the network public opinion appears to be particularly important.On the basis of in-depth study of Internet Public Opinion Governance Related Academic monographs,this paper will use theoretical tools such as governance theory,social capital theory,etc.,through the systematic analysis of the characteristics and governance paths of some typical cases of public opinion on the Internet in Henan Province in the past three years,the main existing problems are sorted out,the causes of the problems are studied and analyzed,and effective measures are used for reference,to further improve the governance system,enhance the governance capacity to provide a theoretical basis and practical operational recommendations.The paper consists of seven parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic,Literature Review and theoretical tools.The second part is the definition of concept.The concept,characteristics and classification of network public opinion and government governance are made to further clarify the main research object of this paper.The third part is the current situation of network public opinion government governance in Henan Province.This paper analyzes and summarizes the types and development features of the hot public opinion events in Henan Province in the past three years,and the governance path of the network public opinion government.The fourth part is about the existing problems.This paper analyzes and puts forward the problems of the government in the following four aspects: the ability to monitor and judge the public opinion,the power to deal with the network public opinion,the function of the local mainstream media and the netizens' speech.The fifth part is the reason analysis of the problem.According to the comprehensive analysis,the main causes of the problem are the capability of mass media monitoring needs to be improved,the imperfect mechanism for dealing with inter-governmental interaction,the insufficient media literacy of officials,the lack of communication ability of the media,and the high proportion of irrational emotions expressed by netizens,etc.,at the same time,a further analysis is made by using theoretical tools.The sixth part is the countermeasure suggestion.From the governance idea,the system mechanism,the community function display,the law application aspect proposed the countermeasure proposal.The seventh part is the conclusion of the full text.Internet public opinion and government governance is related to social order and ideological security.It has obvious political and legal nature.Its governance path is also the path of social harmony,prosperity and civilization.With the deepening of theoretical and practical research,I believe that this path will be wider and better.
