In recent years,unexpected pregnancy,sexually transmitted diseases,sexual assault and other social events emerge one after another,the lack of sexuality and differences education is considered to be one of the important reasons for the above problems,more and more experts and scholars,the functional departments and the public have spoken,They think that the popularization of sexuality and differences education is urgent.As a result,the demand for sexuality and differences education is increasing all over the world.Through classroom lectures and training camps,parents and other groups in the community actively organize and carry out related publicity activities in various teaching scenes.I has long paid attention to and participated in the research and practice on the topic of the sexuality and differences education for children and adolescents,In the course of the promotion of services,it has been found that by the effective thrust of the social environment and technological development,the professionalism of the sexuality and differences education has been enhanced throughout the country,the standardization of classification has become more sophisticated,and society has been able to recognize the key role of the sexuality and differences education.But the pure voice and advocacy can not bring about substantial change,and education for specific phenomena and populations alone will not compensate for the shortage of resources and the shortage of teachers.In fact,the resources which are at the top,especially in terms of products,talent and so on,are currently not being able to sink to reach a wider audience,resulting in very few individuals,even social organizations,that are genuinely promoting the local sexuality and differences education services.From a holistic perspective,this is key to the inability of the sexuality and differences education to respond to the risk challenges posed by a large number of social problems.This paper attempts to study the service projects of 17 commonweal organizations in 12 cities in Shandong province,mainly using the methods of action research and comparative analysis to collect data,taking the theoretical value of social work as the guide,to sum up and analyze the data,present the real ecology of the sexuality and differences education in local service commonweal organizations;Based on the content,path and subject of sexuality and differences education,this paper combs the dilemma of large-scale experiment in sexuality and differences education and its influencing factors,and then puts forward a structured and sustainable solutionThe is found that when commonweal organizations reach the ground to promote the topic of sexuality and differences education,they face the phenomenon of extremely lack of professional content and support in content,and have a one-sided understanding of the value concept of the sexuality and differences education,which increases the difficulty of implementing the service;In addition,because of the limited channel expansion and the single path of intervention,the short-frequency teaching method also affects the regular operation of the service,and the commonweal organizations,as the main force to carry out the sexuality and differences education services,the ambiguous strategic positioning has a great interference effect on the business development of the organization,and the shortage of volunteer teachers,which also leads to the problem of uneven teaching quality.The causes of these difficulties include the influence of social policy environment,the development of regional public welfare ecology,and the strategic management planning of institutions and so on.On the basis of the analysis of the development dilemma and its influencing factors,I try to put forward the targeted improvement strategies.the sexuality and differences education should not only construct an independent safeguard policy,but also have a relatively perfect and standard curriculum system;In the process of actual service landing,extension agencies should guide the situation,open the education system,government departments,market services and other multiple channels,with the help of external resource flow and benefit replacement operation to achieve self-hematopoiesis;while The construction of internal cooperation network provides a platform for sharing and communication among institutions.For the commonweal organizations themselves,it is necessary not only to improve the professional standard,strengthen the comprehensive ability of the institutions,but also to set up a high quality teaching staff with sustainable output,which is also an important guarantee to ensure the orderly development of talents.Through this research,the author hopes to promote the professional,systematic and large-scale multi-transformation of the sexuality and differences education,realize the effective use and rational transformation of local resources,and then enhance the growth space of human resources in social services in sex and gender education,and promote sex/education into the daily service of each group.
