Research On Urban Community Social Organization

Currently,social organizations in urban community are flourishing.The government is putting more emphasis on the role of social organizations in social governance.Therefore,studying the development of social organizations in urban communities is of great significance to the construction of social development.During the professional internship,the author contacted urban community social organizations twice and participated in the development,combined with practice and professional research methods,this paper summarizes the development problems faced by urban community social organizations and proposed countermeasures and suggestions.Through the interview method,I had in-depth conversations with 30 subjects including leaders of community social organizations,members of community social organizations,community workers and community residents,so as to understand their views on the current situation and predicament of the development of community social organizations.Through non-participatory observation,we can intuitively feel the neighborhood committee's support for the organization,the activity of the organization's activities,and the participation of the masses.Literature provides a research basis for writing this article.Relevant conclusions are drawn through research:The overall development of urban community social organizations is in a good state.In terms of organizational construction,most of the current community social organizations have been filed with government agencies.The main types of development are cultural entertainment and volunteer services.Most of the funds and talents come from government service projects;Service activities are closely linked to the types of organizations and service groups.The content of activities between organizations of different types and different service targets is quite different.There is a certain overlap between similar types of organizations,and the similarity is also high;In terms of organizational functions,the service effect is obvious,enriching the daily life of residents,helping the community's spiritual and cultural construction,becoming the intermediate force of social governance,and innovating social service methods.Organization development has the dilemmas of aging participants,lack of development resources,lack of independence,single organization type,imperfect legal system,facing professional talent dilemma,low residents' recognition,etc.The underlying cause is closely linked with the social relations of "strong government and weak society",and the social culture of pursuing economic benefits.At the end of the article,it is proposed that the government,community,and urban community social organizations themselves should step out of the predicament.Specifically,the government should improve the legal construction of community social organizations,reduce the intervention in the development of community social organizations,increase the purchasing power of the government,introduce professional talents,and strengthen the training of education and training of community social organizations.Communities should raise residents' awareness of participation,create an atmosphere of autonomy,set up grass-roots government incubation bases,and support the development of community social organizations.Urban community social organizations should cultivate organizational leaders,break the circle culture and attract community residents to join.
