Research On Social Organization 's Participation In Urban Community Old - Age Service

At present, China has entered the era of aging.Along with China’s economic development and the improvement of living standards,traditional family pension and existing institutional pension have difficulties to load pension burden of the elderly population, be unable to meet the needs of the elderly increasing pension. In this context, the nation advocate socialized pension service and ask social forces to actively participate in the pension services. Community care start to flourish, social organizations which participate in community-based care services came into being,they play the important role which the government and companies can not replace in the field,they share the caring pressure of the family pension. Social organizations can assume a variety of roles of pension services, offer diverse and professional care services for the elderly directly or indirectly.Thus,they can meet the increasing service needs of old-aged people.While,social organizations start to participate in community-based care services late, with immature development, there is huge room and potential for its growth,and and the present domestic academic research on this issue is weak,so there are a lot of problems related to policy, theory, operation mode worth discussing and thinking about.This paper attempts to discuss the he existing problems about the participation in community-based care services of social organizations from the following five sections,then proposes appropriate countermeasures and suggestions to improve.The structure and main content of the full text is as follows:I.The introduction of the article introduces the background, significance, research status, research ideas and methods, possible innovation.And it gives the definition of the concepts related to the the main body of the article, proposes theoretical basis for the participation in community care service of social organizations.II.This section introduces the profile of social organizations to participation in community-based care services of social organizations,and gives a comprehensive exposition from the four aspects---the background,the current situation,the form of services, the advantages and values of the participation in community-based care services of social organizations.III. This section enters the main core of the article, uses the participation in H community service of BJ pension service center as the case.From the following two aspects----the needs of community care service and the supply capacity of BJ pension service center,this part makes an in-depth and detailed analysis.IV.Aiming at the empirical analysis above, this section summarizes the concrete results achieved of the participation in H community care services of BJ pension service center.Besides,taking the empirical analysis as a starting point, this section analyzes and explains the common problems and reasons existing in the participation in community-based of social organizations.V. Mainly from these three dimensions---the government, social organizations and individuals,discussing the countermeasures and suggestions about how social organizations overcome barriers and further develop its role in the urban community care services.VI.This section summaries the whole thesis, and points out the limitations of the present research,then prospects the improving the direction.
