Social Integration Of Community Prisoners In The Background Of Big Data

With the progress of human civilization,human society has begun to advocate humanization and humanitarianism,and the development of penalty in the direction of socialization.The return of our community prisoners to society,the integration of society and the restoration of social functions have become an important research topic.With the reform of the judicial field,community correction has gradually become a major way to carry out the penalty,and it has developed rapidly,which has promoted the integration of community prisoners into the community and the return to the community.Although great achievements have been made in community correction after several years of efforts,the problems that exist in the process of execution can not be ignored,including the emergence of people who have taken off and pipe leakage,and the existence of the crime phenomenon,this is not conducive to the social integration of community prisoners,and the need to introduce new methods and perspectives to solve the problem of social integration of community prisoners.In recent years,with the rapid development of cloud computing and the Internet,the great explosion of data has been entered.Big data has emerged as the times require,and has made rapid development in various fields,including communication,medical,business,education and other fields.The rapid development of big data has attracted the attention of the government and academia.In recent years,large data have been applied to the field of law and judicature,and the experts and scholars of community correction have also begun to apply large data to the related research on community serving prisoners.This paper attempts to make a preliminary study on the necessity of the application of big data to the social integration of prisoners in the community,using the method of literature and interview.The first part is Introduction,it mainly introduces the background,research questions,research significance,main concepts and research methods.The second part is literature review.Through literature review,the research status quo of big data in prisons and community corrections can be used as a reference for their own research.The third part,main features and application fields of big data.This paper mainly introduces the four characteristics of big data,and present situation and challenges in Internet finance,medical treatment,education,application,and so on.The fourth part,the necessity of the application of big data in the social integration of prisoners in China is analyzed,which is divided into two aspects:prison inmates and community prisoners.From the three stages of prison inmates' entry to prison,correction,supervision,and the supervision of the community serving prisoners,education and correction,assistance in assistance,and the resettlement and teaching of the prisoners who have been released from prison and so on,to carry out exploration and research.The fifth part,The application of big data in community prisoners can be concentrated on the following aspects:first,regulatory aspects,It includes the dynamic management of community prisoners' records,the quality assessment of corrections and the establishment of risk early warning system;Second,in the field of education and correction,Excavate valuable information of large data,use data analysis and other technologies,establish database and case base about community correctional personnel information,realize intelligent recommendation of personalized scheme,and promote intelligent and scientific decision making.Third,social integration,From the assistance of the prisoners in the community and the resettlement and teaching of the prisoners,including the establishment of the case base and the intelligent recommendation of the help strategy,etc.The sixth part is the reflection on the application of big data in social integration of community prisoners.The seventh part expounds the innovation and deficiency of this research,so as to improve it.
