As a special group,most of the online fraud-type prisoners have weak legal awareness,serious fluke psychology,and serious thoughts of money worship.Facing the re-entry to society,they will also be confused.If they are not corrected and guided in time,They are likely to choose to commit crimes again,endangering social stability.Therefore,the unique humanistic care and skills of social work are needed to help community prisoners to correct bad habits,reshape their personality,restore social functions,and realize the return of human nature.The purpose of this article is to explore the intervention methods.This article uses the methods of participatory observation and interview to participate in the community correction case of an online fraud-type prisoner with the identity and perspective of a social worker,I hope to understand the client's experience and real thoughts,and make an in-depth analysis of some behaviors.During the observation and interaction process,it is found that the client has negative mentality,sensitive anxiety,inferiority complex,employment pressure,lack of legal knowledge and other issues.These problems are not conducive to the successful return of the client to the society and cause certain hidden dangers to social stability.Focusing on these issues,researchers formulate intervention plans in stages,use psychological interventions,and use case methods and techniques to help clients pick up confidence in their future lives,achieve the purpose of the clients' self-determination,and successfully return to society.Finally,it is concluded that the social work perspective is conducive to discovering the real thoughts and demands of the community of prisoners,which is conducive to the improvement of community corrections;formulating different intervention programs for different clients,applying different theories,and targeting fraud Type prisoners can use rational emotion therapy to alleviate their negative emotions through "emotion segmentation" techniques,change their false consciousness and cognition,and correct their fluke psychology;in practice,they must handle role conflicts and balance the helpers and correctors.Role;The operation of community correction requires the cooperation and cooperation of multiple subjects.
