Research On The Military Resettlement:

The military cadres retire from military service and transfer to civilian work is an important system in China,successive party and state leaders have paid great attention to the resettlement of military cadres.It's plenty of cadres transfer to civilian work that improves the metabolism of the army and makes contributions to social development.On April 16,2018,the Department of Veterans Affairs,which has missions such as service management and the welfare for military cadres,shows that China attaches more and more importance to protecting the legitimate right of military cadres and ensuring them return to society smoothly.As an important military base in China and a developed province along the eastern coasts Shandong has always undertake a very heavy policy for resettling military cadres.Shandong Province has made many effective attempts in the policy of resettling military cadre,accumulated a wealth of experience,formed many effective practices and has been at the forefront of China.However,with the development of China's market economy and the reform of the Chinas's system for governance,many problems such as the work of resettling military cadres isn't compatible with the modernization of national defense and the development of China's market economy have arisen.Therefore,it's urgent to formulate a military settlement policy that is in line with China's actual situation.The main object of this paper is the resettlement policy of Shandong Province military cadres.Through the comprehensive application of comparative analysis,questionnaire survey and interview method,making a comprehensive analysis of the resettlement of Shandong Province military cadres from both theoretical and practical aspects.First of all,reviewing the history of the resettlement of military cadres in China since the founding of the People's Republic of China and analyzing the characteristics of the resettlement in each stage.Secondly,studying the current situation of the resettlement of military cadres in Shandong Province and pointing out that the resettlement of military cadres in Shandong Province has various problems such as over-planned resettlement,single mode of resettlement,the policy of freely choosing jobs doesn't work effectively and difficulty in changing the role of military cadres.Thirdly,analyzing the reasons about these problems in depth.It's mainly due to the imbalance in regional economic development,lagging legislation on the resettlement of military cadres and the difficulty of changing the military cadres'concepts.Finally,through the analysis of the problems for the resettlement of military cadres,putting forward specific and feasible suggestions based on the actual situation in Shandong Province.
