Study On The Role Of Xinxiangxian In Rural Revitalization

The proposal of the rural revitalization strategy is timely,which gives the direction and path to the development of the village.The new era and the new strategy need new strength,talent is the core force of rural revitalization,and the emergence of xinxiangxian has injected fresh talent strength into the rural revitalization.On the basis of expounding the concept sage and xinxiangxian,this paper introduces the historical changes of the township sages,and points out that under the background of the new era,xinxiangxian have the "new" characteristics compared with the traditional township sages: the diversity of the main body of xinxiangxian,the legitimacy from the public,and the voluntary nature of participation.The behavior is not only the driving force behind,so from the endogenous thrust and the external thrust of the two aspects of the role of the new rural sage to play the inevitability of the elaboration.In terms of endogenous thrust,it is mainly that xinxiangxian himself is full of local complex,seeking self-realization and pursuing economic benefits.External thrust is mainly the result of realistic demand,historical heritage and policy-driven.Then combined with the current development reality,from the grass-roots governance,economic construction,prosperous cultural development,harmonious society construction,ecological civilization construction five aspects of the role of the new rural sages to carry out a specific analysis,confirmed the new rural sages in the rural revitalization of the important role.In order to better demonstrate the role of xinxiang xian in rural revitalization,the typical case of Shaoxing Shangyu Xinxiang Xian's role is selected to give evidence.Although xinxiangxian has played an important role in the revitalization of the countryside,but the current role of the new township is still facing many difficulties,mainly to help the enthusiasm of the township is not high,the lack of institutional mechanism;Finally,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward for these dilemmas,which are: perfecting the system guarantee,establishing the incentive mechanism,adhering to the leadership of the Party,strengthening supervision,building an organizational platform,strengthening exchanges and cooperation,promoting the cultureof the countryside,and creating an atmosphere of the sage.
