Research On TV Media Communication Ability Of Local Leaders In The New Era

Possessing media communication skills based on good oral art skills is an important guarantee for local leading cadres to improve administrative efficiency and do a good job in the new era.In the era of media fusion,TV as a mainstream media still has certain authority and influence,and has established a platform for interactive communication between local leading cadres and the public.Therefore,the local leading cadres who are the main body of public communication in the government of the new era should take the initiative to carry out a systematic and benign interaction with the masses through the TV platform,and in the process of continuous learning and improvement on the art of speech communication,this is for the promotion of local leading cadres The modernization of social governance capabilities has important theoretical value and practical significance.First of all,this research comprehensively uses the theoretical achievements at multiple levels such as oral communication art,public communication,and political communication theory,and uses content analysis,field research,literature research and other methods to cut in from the communication forms of local leading cadres on TV media.To conduct a more comprehensive and in-depth study of the new composition of media communication capabilities.Secondly,the new media environment puts higher demands on the political communication ability of local leaders,but as local leaders,they will still be affected by traditional communication concepts and media environment.The media's communication ability is insufficient,and problems arise in the process of communicating with the public,which may even lead to serious public opinion events.Therefore,this research will establish a research framework from the three main components of media communication skills:verbal art,non-verbal art and listening.Taking the three program formats of Xi'an TV news,TV questioning and TV column interviews as sample selection sources,applying content analysis methods to the language thinking,language content,language environment,dress language,body language,listening attitude,etc.of local leaders Perform analysis and interpretation.Thirdly,a video case database was established through the research framework to analyze the current situation of the media communication ability of local leading cadres in the new era,and found their deficiencies in speech,non-verbal art and listening.Finally,from the perspective of communication concepts,language expressions,and communication methods,some reference countermeasures are provided for the improvement of local leaders' media communication capabilities.Improving media communication skills is particularly important in the process of local leading cadres shaping their image and social governance.This study believes that the new requirements for leading cadres in the new era should be met by countermeasures such as changing the paradigm of discourse,changing the concept of one-way communication,consciously complying with public rhetorical norms,and grasping the internal logic of the entire media environment.It is hoped that this research will help improve the art of speech in the media communication ability of local leading cadres,strengthen government authority and credibility,and build a harmonious relationship between cadres and the masses.
