Accurately identifying the needs of the lost only child families is the most important link that affects the government to formulate the corresponding support policies and provide services.It involves not only the rationality of the content of the supply,the accuracy of the supply and demand matching,but also the satisfaction and identification of lost only child families with the policies.There are some problems in the operation of the current support policy for lost only child families,such as inadequate pertinence,inaccuracy and dislocation of supply and demand.Therefore,it is a rational choice under the condition of limited endowment resources to accurately identify the needs of lost only child families and make corresponding strategic arrangements.Based on the theme of "the analysis of the difference of the support demand for lost only child families in rural areas",the thesis focuses on the following contents: First,the overall analysis the degree and characteristics of the demand for lost only child families in rural areas,and what factors have a significant impact on their pension demand.Secondly,based on the perspective of the group differences of the rural lost only child families,the thesis studies the four types of pension demand differences among the elderly,non-elderly lost only child families,and solitary,non-solitary lost only child families.Thirdly,based on the differences of pension demand of lost only child families and the group differences of the needs,and combining the current situation of the old-age security,the thesis discusses the realistic plight of the satisfaction of the needs of lost only child families.Fourthly,the thesis puts forward corresponding suggestions on the old-age security of rural lost only child families from the perspective of generality and difference.There is a close logical relationship between the above contents,and it is also an important issue in understanding and discussing the needs of lost only child families.Based on Maslow's theory of demand and welfare pluralism,this paper constructs a theoretical analysis framework of the pension demand of lost only child families.Secondly,based on the questionnaire survey of H County in Sichuan Province,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the needs of the lost only child families with field survey data,and draws the following main conclusions and views:Firstly,the overall level of the pension demand of rural lost only child families is not high.Personal characteristics,family characteristics and economic characteristics are the important factors affecting their demand.Secondly,there are differences in the needs of the rural lost only child families in terms of groups,and there are also differences in the impact of various factors on the needs.Among them,health,income,age,living conditions and other factors have the most common and prominent impact.On the one hand,according to different age groups and different living conditions,the pension demand of the rural lost only child families shows that there are obvious differences among groups.The elderly group needs more in two aspects: material economy,home-based care service.The solitary group needs more in the material economy,medical and health care services,home-based care service.On the other hand,monthly income is an important factor affecting the demand of elderly and non-elderly lost only child families in rural areas.Endowment insurance has no significant impact on the demand of elderly group and non-elderly group.Chronic diseases is a important factor affecting the demand of non-solitary lost only child families,but it has have no significant impact on the demand of solitary lost only child families.Thirdly,according to the empirical part of the conclusion,combined with the existing supply of old-age security in H County,we find that whether from the overall or differences point of view,there are realistic difficulties in meeting the needs of the rural lost only child families.The overall dilemma is reflected in economic support,medical care,pension institutions and services,and spiritual entertainment.The dilemma of difference is mainly reflected in the homogeneity of the existing supply of endowment resources,and the lack of differential supply leads to the imbalance between supply and demand.In addition,the real predicament is also reflected in the lack of diversity in the aid subject of rural families who have lost their only child.Fourthly,according to the above analysis results,the thesis discusses the identification of the demand objects,how to invest the old-age resources and how to provide the old-age service items,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the old-age security of the rural lost only child families from the two aspects of universality and diversity,In other words,supply should be focused and differentiated on the basis of commonality and universality.
