Research On The Transformation Of Hubei Provincial Government's Function Of Foreign Affairs Management

Globally,international situation is undergoing tremendous changes,and so is the world order.With the increase of exchange and cooperation between countries,China is gradually walking to the center of the world stage.The world is eager to know“China's stories",hear "China's voice" and understand "China's schemes".Domestically,the central government is actively developing diplomatic relations to support the quality local development,and encourages the local government to walk into the international stage,develop relationship with more international friends,and spread local stories and cultures so as to promote the development of local economy.In recent years,foreign affairs permeate different trades and professions,which requires local departments in charge of foreign affairs to transform functions to adapt to the new environment and requirements in the new era.Under the guidance of the theory of politics and foreign affairs management,this paper aims to transform the functions of foreign affairs management departments of Hubei Provincial Government and give full play to the role of foreign affairs management departments of Hubei Provincial Government.With the department in charge of foreign affairs the research subject,this paper investigates why the transformation of functions is necessary and how to transform the functions of department in charge of foreign affairs.This paper summarizes the development situation of Hubei Provincial Government in foreign affairs work,and further discuss the foreign affairs management departments of Hubei Province as a specific object,propose that the foreign affairs work of local governments in our country will tend to take the region as a unit,and all relevant units will work together to construct the working pattern of "major foreign affairs as a chess game" and vigorously promote the national diplomatic work in the new era.In the light of the characteristics,opportunities and challenges faced by the foreign affairs management department of Hubei Provincial Government,and the implementation of the national policies,integrating into the national "Cut Overcapacity"policy,this paper sums up the role played by Hubei in the foreign affairs work of the whole central region,and studies of urgent needs of the Hubei Provincial Government's foreign affairs management departments in the current situation.It is necessary to carry out the background of the functional transformation,the problems in the functional transformation,the causes of the problems,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the functional transformation of foreign affairs management.
