A Study On Women's Education In Linxian County,Shanxi Province In The First 17 Years Of New China

Women's education is an important means to promote women's Liberation and realize gender equality.Linxian county has improved women's knowledge and culture level,labor skills and ideological awareness by carrying out women's education.Based on the history of Linxian County in the first 17 years of new China,this paper discusses the historical origin,process,content and influence of the party's women's education in Linxian County.In order to reveal the characteristics and laws of Marxist women's education thought in the process of sinicization,and provide reference for the better development of women's education in the new era and giving full play to the positive role of women,we have interpreted the forms,methods and characteristics of women's education in Linxian County,analyzed the achievements and shortcomings of women's education in practice,and discussed the complexity and diversity of women's education in Linxian County.On the basis of a systematic review of the living conditions of women in Linxian County and the practice of women's education carried out by the Party in Linxian County before the May 4th Movement and during the Revolution period,this paper focuses on the main measures and forms of women's education carried out by the Party in Linxian during the War of Resistance against Japan and the War of Liberation,summarizes the characteristics and basic experience of women's education work in Linxian County before the founding of New China,and provides basic compliance for the inheritance and development of new women's education work practice after the founding of New China.After the founding of New China,in the face of the requirements and tasks of the new era,the CPC Central Committee and Shanxi Province successively held meetings on the work of women's education,and in order to implement the spirit of the new meeting,they came to an end The county party committee inherited the fine tradition of the party during the War of Resistance against Japan and the War of Liberation and continued to lead the work of women's education.Based on the new historical conditions,in order to promote the smooth development of women's education work,the Linxian Party Committee has set up a leading body to lead the work of women's education,determined the main contents of women's education work,and set up literacy civilian schools and literacy workstations,which provide a strong guarantee for carrying out women's education work.At the same time,the Linxian Party Committee also attaches great importance to linking the work of women's education with the reality of women's life,and carries out the work of education in a flexible and diverse manner,especially in the form that the masses of women like to see,so as to help women relieve their worries and raise their worries Effectiveness of women's education.In the first 17 years of New China,the education of women in Linxian County was mainly carried out from the aspects of ideological and political education,as well as the cultivation of awareness of equal rights,literacyeducation and training of labor skills,and the establishment of the concept of labor glory.Under the leadership of the Women's Federation of the Linxian Party Committee,women's education has achieved good results.Women's political identity has been strengthened,knowledge and cultural level,labor skills have been improved,the social status of the family has been improved,and women's liberation and equality between men and women have been further realized.Of course,there are limitations in women's education,education content,methods and work To some extent,the implementation of women's education is hindered by the lack of ideological understanding and attention.Thinking about its shortcomings and reasons will help us to better promote the development of women's education.Women are one of the important forces in social construction.In the new era,it is necessary to promote women's education and give full play to women's positive role to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This paper studies the practice of women's education in Linxian County in the first 17 years of new China,hoping to summarize the historical experience,give full play to the positive energy of women,and hope to provide some positive significances for the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
