Community correction is a non custodial way to educate and transform criminals.Compared with the traditional prison,the implementation place is in the community.In the relevant research of community correction,the employment problems of community correction personnel during the correction period and after they formally entered the society are also worthy of attention.If their employment integration is not strong and the employment problems are not properly handled,social integration may occur and they will go to the road of crime again.This paper focused on the research topic,carried out research in the form of temporary job training,selected the justice bureau of Y city in Jiaxing,which conducted the pilot exploration of community correction,through interviews,questionnaires and other data collection methods to understand the basic situation of community correction personnel,and analyzed their employment problems and influencing factors.The study found that Y city in Jiaxing made corresponding efforts in the employment integration of community correction personnel from the individual dimension,community dimension and social dimension,but also found that the employment integration of community correction personnel was affected by many aspects.This paper from the individual level and social level the obtain employment of personnel of community correction in question: on a personal level,individual employment concepts affect employment into schedule,record of formal schooling and professional skills into the barriers to entry,age and body condition affecting employment impact employment into the basic conditions,subjective initiative employment into the development direction,the mental state affect employment into the attitude;From the social perspective,employers' attitudes affect employment integration opportunities,social support affects the breadth of employment integration,relevant systems affect the intensity of employment integration,employment policy guidance affects the effect of employment integration,and social security system affects the quality of employment integration.Therefore,the study believes that the employment problems encountered by community correction personnel need not onlyself-improvement,but also social care and direct help from the government.They should be guided and promoted to integrate their employment in many aspects,so as to help others help themselves and promote a better "environment" from the perspective of social work.
