Research On Incubation Path Of Community Volunteers Organized By Social Workers

Community is the regional community where residents live together and the basic unit of social governance.Community governance is an important basis of national social governance and the "last kilometer" for the government to get through the policy of benefiting the people.In the context of China's urbanization and population mobility,community governance is facing huge challenges.Community volunteer organizations are the third party of community-level community governance and important resources to promote community development and maintain community stability.Social workers and community volunteers are also important human resources in community volunteer service and community governance,and they are solid forces to stabilize the development of community volunteer service.Therefore,it is self-evident that incubation and development of community volunteer organizations play an important role in solving community governance problems,and there are professional advantages for "social workers" to intervene in community volunteer organization incubation.However,at present,community volunteer organizations also have many problems and difficulties in the process of community development.Government to innovation community governance,by buying service introduced in the form of social work,through professional linkage community volunteers and community social worker force,realize"three clubs" linkage mechanism,thus coordinate social worker,community volunteers and community,these three forces to hatch foster community volunteer organizations,build good community volunteer organizations platform,solving the problem of community governance.This paper takes community volunteer organizations as the object of case analysis,and analyzes and summarizes the approaches of social workers'involvement in the incubation and cultivation of community volunteer organizations through the dynamic cases of social workers' involvement in community volunteer organizations.Based on the theory of augmentation,this paper takes the incubation of A community volunteer organization in Wuhan city as A case study object.Interviews,questionnaires and case studies were used to collect community data,and professional social worker methods were used to analyze and evaluate relevant data.The author during the period of graduation practice,by participating in the streets and community volunteer service activities,the investigation visit community relevant personnel,find out the current situation of community volunteer organizations and incubation cultivation of awareness of community volunteer organization registration,event planning and operation and so on related work,volunteer organization management and the community also with local colleges and universities and professional social work agencies to continuously promote the development of the community volunteer organization specialized.lt is also because the community pays attention to the cultivation and incubation of community volunteer organizations that the author has the opportunity to learn about the relevant work of the cultivation and incubation of community volunteers during the internship.This article first from the community,community volunteer organization present situation analysis,analysis the necessity and feasibility of community volunteer organizations incubation,combining the author participate in observed during the period of internship practice,analysis of community volunteer organization construction,management,incubation mechanism system,residents demand satisfaction content and collect the analysis of the practice of the social work intervention in community volunteer organizations to carry out the process data,from practice to analyze the path of the social work intervention in community volunteer organizations.
