A Study On Case Work Involving In The Relief Of Vagrant Minors

As an important force of national prosperity and national rejuvenation,the growth and development of minors is an eternal topic of concern in the world.As a more vulnerable and sensitive part,vagrant minors are more and more concerned by all sectors of society.However,the group of vagrant minors often has a strong concealment and mobility due to the lack of shelter and care.It is difficult to carry out the rescue work smoothly,so we should further improve the rescue and protection system of vagrant minors.This study focuses on how to promote the effective participation of the case work in the relief work for the vagrant minors.The author takes the participation in the social work service of the P City vagrant minors relief and protection center as the background,and follows the social support network theory,Maslow's needs theory and the basic paradigm of ecosystem theory to implement the case intervention for a vagrant minors in the center.In the research,observation method and literature research method are used to collect data,follow the basic social work practice process mode,provide targeted services for the case owner,help them return to their families and schools,and restore their socialization ability.After the completion of the case work service,the paper analyzes the change of the problem before and after the case owner receives the service by means of scale measurement and interview,and concludes that the case work involved in the relief service for the vagrant minors has achieved certain results,and the case work is conducive to solving the problem of the vagrant minors.In addition,the study analyzes the shortcomings of case work from the aspects of intervention methods,theoretical application,social workers positioning,etc.Finally,the study summarizes three suggestions,respectively,from the clear positioning,improve the professional level and broaden the rescue channels.
